1. About Kitchey

Kitchey is a household management app developed and operated by AIhuset.dk. By downloading, installing, or using Kitchey, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Account

You must create an account to use Kitchey. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Free and Premium tiers

Kitchey is available in a free tier with limited features and a premium tier with full access. The free tier is provided as-is with no guarantee of continued availability. Premium features are unlocked through an active subscription.

4. Subscriptions

Kitchey Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

  • Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • No refund is provided for the unused portion of a subscription period when cancelled mid-period.
  • Prices may change. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes.

Subscription purchases on iOS are subject to Apple's End User License Agreement.

5. Your content

You own the content you add to Kitchey (inventory items, lists, images, etc.). By using the app, you grant AIhuset.dk a limited licence to store and sync your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Kitchey for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload our servers

7. Service availability

We strive to keep Kitchey available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AIhuset.dk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Kitchey. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of Kitchey after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
